The hotel’s general terms and conditions of sale
The guest entering into this fixed-term agreement acknowledges that they are not entitled to remain on the premises beyond the specified duration of the agreement.
Online bookings are confirmed when the booking is secured by the guest with a bank card valid on the date the stay starts. For telephone bookings, we will ask you for your bank card details to secure the booking. No payment will be taken in advance; all charges will be settled on-site. We will confirm your booking as soon as we have these details.
Payment by cheque is not allowed.
Guests are welcomed on the day they check in from 5.00 pm. If the customer needs to check in after 7.30 pm, they must inform the owner by ringing +33(0)6 86 87 26 21. They will be sent an access code. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
Breakfast must be booked and, for your comfort, it is served in the breakfast room every day from 8.00 am to 10.30 am.
The hotel has a private car park with a dual-charging station. Prices on request.
The hotel is non-smoking.
We allow small pets. Cats and large dogs are not allowed.
Please note that any items provided (bathrobe (€35), bottle (€10), hairdryer (€20), bath sheet (€18), towel (€5 each), desk lamp (€10), hospitality tray (€35)) will be billed to you if they go missing.
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before you check in.
After this period, the full cost of your stay will be charged.
If you should decide to check out early, the cost of the remaining accommodation will be retained by the owner.
Any changes or cancellations to our wellness space appointments must be made at least 3 hours in advance. After this time, the full cost of the service will be charged.

General terms and conditions of sale for the wellness space
Booking required. Number of places limited.
The agreement is for a specific number of people. If the number of guests should exceed this number, the owner is entitled to refuse the additional guests. This refusal cannot be regarded as a modification or breach of contract by the owner. If more customers leave than those originally refused, the owner is entitled to retain payment for the activity unless an additional payment is made.
Any changes or cancellations to activity appointments must be made at least 3 hours in advance. After this time, the full cost of the service will be charged. Gift vouchers are valid for a single-use only, cannot be split across multiple transactions, and are non-transferable.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. After this period, they cannot be refunded or exchanged, and will no longer be accepted. The beneficiary may not use the gift voucher to pay for goods or services not specified on the voucher.
Bookings for gift voucher services are non-transferable and cannot be cancelled.
If the booking is not honoured, the gift voucher will be forfeited. The guest is responsible for any damage they might cause.
The guest certifies that they have civil liability insurance covering both their own liability and that of any accompanying individuals.
The guest must maintain peace in the premises and use them as intended. The guest agrees to return the premises in good condition.
